Description

• Cut and remove vegetation from within pond basin, sand filter, and outfall area. Woody vegetation will by disposed off-site. • Cut and remove vegetation from around the flow splitter box. Remove cut material and dispose off-site. • Excavate and remove up to 5 CY of sediment from within the flow splitter structure. Dispose off-site. • Excavate and remove the top 4” of filter media within the filtration basin (+/- 680 sf). Approximately 10 CY of materials will be removed. All materials will be disposed at a suitable, offsite location. • Import and install +/- 4” of sand on top of existing filter media. • Repair any damage cleanouts/observations wells. • Remove any materials/obstructions blocking the control structure. • Repair up to 20 SY of erosion with topsoil, seed, and stabilization matting. • Stabilize disturbed areas with ECM p
