Lost Cat

Female black cat with medium length fur lost on April 23rd in the early morning. She's an indoor only cat and is not used to strangers. She's my ESA for my PTSD and I need her home. She can be very shy and timid around new people. She was last seen at the Arbor Landing apartment building where she lives. She was wearing a purple and white collar that glows in the dark and is frayed from her scratching it. She is microchipped! Any information at all would be helpful!
