Filling 1-3 positions. 1 Full-time employee and 1-2 seasonal employees. • DL required for all positions • Harvest experience preferred but will train! Seasonal Custom Harvesting Help (June-November) • $3,000 – $3,600 per month, dependent on experience in harvesting, mechanic capabilities and/or having a CDL. • Housing will be provided at no additional cost. • Travel from Texas to the Canadian line. • Additional bonus at end of season. Full-Time Employee (year-round) • Salary: $39,000 – $43,500 • Will harvest from Texas to Canadian border, June-November • Off season hours: 30-35 per week, pay will remain the same • Bonus eligible. • Housing options available in Pratt, KS Will train the right person! Preferred experience in: - manual truck driving (grain, manual trucks, semi-trucks, etc) - Basic farm equipment - Basic mechanical experienced preferred, but not required - CDL license is preferred, but not required.
