College Works Painting is a residential painting company in Kansas. Currently we are looking to hire painters for full time work in the KC, Kansas area. Commuting is allowed but Kansas City and the immediate surrounding towns preferred. The position consists of painting the exterior and interior of residential homes. Also, there will be a requirement to help advertise for the business through flyer campaigns. These are fun sessions with an opportunity to also become a marketing manager for the business. We are looking for hard workers with good communication skills. You must be physically fit and able to carry around heavy ladders and other materials. You get to work outside and work for a cool boss. This is an excellent opportunity for college students, but college enrollment is not required. * Experience is appreciated, but not required * Must be 18 years of age * Must have reliable transportation (truck is preferred, but not required) * Pay ranges from $11.00-15.00/hr, with opportunity to make more * Additional incentive based-pay (bonuses for efficiency and timeliness) * Year-end bonuses based on total number of hours worked * Work consistently minimum 30 hours per week, maximum 80 hours per two weeks If you are interested in applying for this position, apply online at cwpjob.com/89217.
