The Building Services Supervisor is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures in addition to performing ground maintenance. Electrical experience is a plus. Responsibilities Light plumbing and electrical repair. Unload trucks with tow motor (forklifts). Mowing grounds. Paint, vacuum, light repair, light bulb replacement, etc. Safety and maintenance contracts for HVAC, sprinkler system, overhead doors, etc. Snowplow property in winter. Oversee contracted janitorial. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Fork Life Certification preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver's license. Work Environment Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM This job operates in a professional office environment and at the Company and client sites for business meetings and presentations. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to work flexible hours.
