We are currently accepting resumes for a entry level grower at our well established family owned farm. We are looking for someone who is able to work full-time with a completely open schedule. We're looking for an employee is able to work weekends, plus a few weekdays. The position requires attention to detail and great work ethic. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly adapt to our standard of growing, and the fast paced work environment that is involved. You MUST have your OLCC Marijuana’s worker permit and reliable transportation. Please attach your cover letter and resume and tell us why you would stand out amongst other applicants. Expectations: • Must be able to meet our high standards. • Enjoy working in a quiet environment. • Must be able to complete daily tasks which include manual labor. • Must be able to work any day of the week. We have a rotating schedule and expect you to work the days that you’re scheduled. • Willingness to work hard during daily tasks such as; transplanting, cleaning pots and rooms, pruning, helping with harvests, and any other daily tasks that may arise. . Requirements: • Must be 21 or older. • Must have reliable transportation. • Must have an OLCC Marijuana’s permit. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Ability to learn from feedback. • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
