WANTED: All Phases Residential Construction Team General Contractor in the North Phoenix area seeking workers who are skilled in general residential construction, drywall, framing, trim work, paint, plumbing, electrical and landscape design and installation. Ideal candidates will have the following attributes: • Have experience following instructions and working with a team leader as well as being able to work independently. • You have a driver's license, a ready-to-work attitude, and no problem handling the physical demands of the job such as lifting heavy equipment or balancing on a ladder. • You’re capable of working in enclosed spaces or doing a significant amount of crawling and standing as is required for the position you are applying for. • You are self-motivated, detail oriented and make sure the work is completed efficiently. • You're a professional: You have a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance and you understand that safety is paramount. • Having the needed tools and a reliable vehicle in order to get to the job and do the job.
