HELP ASAP Moving Stuck Bike

My bike is stuck between shallow cement blocks and some rocks. It's a simple move out of the rocks but the scooter is just too heavy for me to pull out by myself. Shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes. Only respond if you can come between now and 12:30 PM.
