Job Description: As a Production Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of landscape / Irrigation / Maintenance contracts, maximizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring delivery of quality services while achieving set goals for revenue, profitability, and contract renewals though effective management & coordination of personnel, equipment & facility resources, and employee training & development. PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES (and other duties as assigned) • Responsible for ensuring delivery of quality services and customer satisfaction. • Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure open-line of communication. • Conduct site inspections: landscape, maintenance or Irrigation to evaluate services performed. • Provide estimates for supplemental work & enhancements, Commercial and Residential plans to improve the quality of landscape. • Open and Close office Daily (must be able to work Saturday and Sundays if required) • Develop and coordinate plans for the efficient use of personnel and resources. • Participate in branch recruitment plan to fulfill staffing needs • Train & mentor field crew leaders and crew members • Participate & conduct routine training sessions to maximize production & efficiency. Promote high standards for customer service, develop a safety culture, and create a positive team environment. • Must bring in sales in landscape, Irrigation and Maintenance landscape enhancement’s and improvements (combined). • Manager must maintain Sales per month to maintain his/her salary. • Travels out of town (anywhere needed) to maintain customer service satisfaction, growth, assessment and project completion. • Manager must be able to work outside in extreme heat and can carry 50lbs. • Reports to Branch Manager for Responsibilities and Job Requirements • Execute any task required by Olympia Administration / Regional Manager not in Primary Responsibilities. Landscape/Horticulture or related business field preferred for (B.A). • Experience in managing a Landscape division to include maintenance service contracts. • Direct management of multiple landscape, Irrigation and some maintenance crews directed by Operations Manager • Basic understanding of budgets, projects, plans • Proven success in profitable business management • This position requires excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills. • Valid state driver’s license and good driving record • Experience in recommending, pricing, and selling enhancements to improve the quality of the landscape.
