Fun Only - Beatles/Stones/Oldies/80s/Blues

I have a great space in Shadyside for Friday/Saturday jamming and am looking for someone local to hang out with on occasion and play songs for fun. Zero interest in paid gigs, songwriting, steady commitment or schedules. Just looking for someone who likes singing/playing/learning the Beatles, Stones, Oldies, 80s, Blues as much as I do. If you view music as a hobby and escape, and like material from the 1940's thru mid-1990's, you've come to the right place. Private off-street parking. My setup includes drums, PA, bass amp, guitar amps, keyboard, mic's, and mixer. Sometimes I record just for fun. Fair singer, serviceable guitarist, cheerful bandmate, and can play bass in a pinch (though I do not currently own a bass). Can identify keys, improv, workout songs, and usually pick up things by ear. Not into being a perfectionist (I won't stop everything or complain if someone plays G instead of Gsus4...) it's about having fun and playing through whatever. If we sound good, awesome. Let's pick a dozen songs and go. Young dad, happily married w/cool friends, kids, abnormally understanding wife. Several musician friends, though more spread out than we used to be so harder to get together and jam. Anticipate band size this summer varying from 2-5, depending on who shows up. All COVID vax / protocols followed. Adults have shots, kids still waiting.
