I would like to hire someone to help me out in the garden. Primarily to weed, spread bark dust, and move the big sprinkler about. I could use you about 20 hours per week for a month or two. And then for two, four hour days. Every once in awhile I would need a hand in the house with the floors. You would be an independent contractor which means I don't take out any money for insurance or taxes etc. I pay $13 an hour initially and I would give you a raise to 15 if I see that you work efficiently and quickly. You need to be comfortable working around dogs.
