Yakima Property Management Company is hiring a part time service technician to handle tenant maintenance and repair calls.
Part time, 20-25 hours per week. On call for emergencies. May work into more.
Must have skills for handling plumbing, electrical, leaks, water heaters, appliance repair, sheetrock repair & texturing, prepping & painting, flooring, countertops, windows, locks, roof repair, etc.
Must have good truck or van and own tools for making repairs.
