Local Salem top rated residential housekeeping company seeking part-time housekeepers. We service Salem and the surrounding areas. We are currently hiring 1 - 2service maids. Seeking those quality individuals who have an eye for detail, are time manageable, dependable, accountable, customer service orientated and with the ability to work individually (self-managed) or in a team. Our service maids work an average of 10-25 hours per week (days only) Our hours of cleaning vary between 9:00 AM-4:30 PM depending on our established client schedules, Monday through Friday and potential Saturdays offered on occasion. Individual work schedule can be somewhat tailored to meet personal needs. We need an availability of consistent days/ hours so that we can match you to our current client’s reoccurrence service schedules. Job description is perfect those individuals seeking additional income. At A Maid for You we provide: paid training, travel time, sick/PTO and a fuel reimbursement program, company supplied equipment and PPE. We pay weekly and offer company perks and bonus based on performance. There is an hourly rate increase after first 45 days (mid-probation) and another after 90 days evaluation. Applicants must have valid Oregon Driver’s license, clean driving record, with reliable vehicle and insurance, and cell phone. We do run a criminal background check.
