Hi there! I'm in the process of starting a mobile food unit and am looking to rent a commissary kitchen space (approved/certified by Chelan Douglas county health). I'm flexible on timing and hours, and am likely looking for 5-10 hours per week. I'm very clean, professional and have worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years.
