Insulation installers needed for busy insulation/weatherization company located in Framingham. A unique full-time, year round opportunity to join our team. Rogers Insulation is a 42 year old family owned and operated insulation/weatherization company.
The perfect candidate will have experience with blown-in cellulose and airsealing. We are willing to train the right individual with carpentry experience and ability to work on ladders.
A drivers license, good attendance and good work ethic are a must. We offer competitive pay with bonuses paid twice a year. We also have a monthly bonus plan based on the quality of jobs installed. We offer benefits along with a team environment and plenty of overtime opportunities. All employees must pass a background check and drug test.
