Can you fix this minor car ding/dent?

Hi, please see the pictures. I was in Walmart and someone's shopping cart hit the car. There is a small ding/dent above the rear left tire. I am hoping someone with the right tools and looking for side work can help fix this. I can bring the car over to you.
