LOST Dog OR Cat?

Description

One dog appears to be retriever/lab and the other, I'm unsure of because have his hair is missing, I believe it has mange. We're working with a rescue group that asked that we post their photos before the live trap process begins. We want to make sure we're not taking anyone's pets.
