We are looking for a contractor to serve as a Housekeeper for our Property Management business. Qualifications: Trustworthy, Experienced, Reliable Compensation: $1,000 a month ($125 a day, 8 days) Other: You must have your own transportation. We provide all cleaning supplies. Job: There are six houses you will clean. Five of the houses are residential properties that you will only clean the common areas. This means shared kitchens, bathrooms, living/dining, stairs, foyers, and so on. You will not clean inside any bedrooms at these properties. It takes two days to clean 5 properties. These properties will be cleaned every two weeks. The properties are located within 20 minutes or less of each other. We will also provide you with paper towels and hand soap to ensure the properties have these items in their kitchens and bathrooms. Occasionally if s tenant moves out, we may ask you to clean the bedroom before the next person moves in, if you accept it will be for $25 a bedroom. The 6th house is unique in that you would clean common areas, plus inside the 4 bedrooms. This is a large house and will take a full day to clean (8 hours). This house will be cleaned once a week. Cleaning this house Mondays or Thursdays if preferable.
