A Great Falls general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our growing team. Applicants must be comfortable interacting with multiple subcontractors, suppliers, and owner representatives. Primary responsibilities include: • Primary onsite supervision • Organize and oversees all on-site construction activities. • Scheduling of workers • Delivery of Equipment and materials • Corresponding job progress to project manager • Ensure that subcontractors fully execute and comply with their contracts • Works with contractors to complete project • Provide technical assistance to construction team and sub-contractors • Overseeing Jobsite safety • Submit all project-related documents • Daily reports • Timecards • Delivery tickets • Quantity report • Other reports required by the project manager • Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed Skills: • Experience reading construction and critical path schedule documents • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to coordinate and schedule with subcontractors and suppliers • Detail-oriented • Great Attitude • Ability plan and accomplish goals Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as a commercial superintendent • Available to work with tools if necessary • Provide quality assurance from groundbreaking to close-out • Willing to travel • Valid driver’s license Pay ranges from $30 to $35 depending on upon experience of carpenters.
