Hill Rental Properties is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join our maintenance team. Job duties include general apartment maintenance/repairs of plumbing, electrical, minor framing, dry wall, gas and electric appliances. Building maintenance includes the routine upkeep of property exteriors includes gutters and minor roof repair, cleaning stairwells, lawns, building lights, sidewalks, parking lots and other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates must have previous experience in:
- Minor construction (framing, window and door installation, siding, roofing, concrete)
- Plumbing (repair, clearing drains)
- Electrical (working knowledge of electrical circuits, breakers, and troubleshooting)
- Appliance repairs (dishwasher, range, refrigerator, washing machines, dryers, hot water heaters)
- Drywall (installation, repair, texturing)
- Experience with heavy equipment and plows is preferred but not required
-Lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
