Cleaning position available on Binghamton's westside.
Must have valid drivers licence and reliable transportation.
Duties include snow removal, picking up trash around properties and cleaning common areas in our rental buildings.
Sweeping, moping, vacuuming, emptying trash, wiping down railings and washer/dryer machines and keeping building tidy.
Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
