Lehigh Structural Components, LLC. is a commercial and residential truss design and manufacturing company located in Easton, PA. We are currently seeking a truss assembler to assist our team with the construction of roof and floor trusses. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard-working, and able to perform work safely and efficiently. Although industry experience is helpful, it is not necessary as we will train the right individual. Job responsibilities and requirements will include, but are not limited to: Assembly and placement of pre-cut parts to construct roof and floor trusses Lifting trusses/ truss components onto assembly tables Cleaning equipment, floors, and work areas Comprehension of instructions Communication with supervisors and other employees Must be able to stand, bend, climb, kneel, and squat for extended periods of time Must be able to work in a noisy environment and withstand outside weather conditions (assembly warehouse is not air-conditioned) We offer medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and long term disability benefit options.
