Looking for handymen and helpers to work DFW area

We are looking for a handymen and helpers to work with our make ready crews. For the handyman position you will need to have some basic hand tools and a good varietyof basic power tools (not just limited to a power drill in particular). You need to have good working experience in working the field but you do not need to be an expert at all. Things that you will need to know how to do are paint and use a spray rig, drywall repair, texturing, installing doors, base trim and door casings, installing laminate flooring, tile work, repairing outside siding and working on fencing, basic concepts of electrical and plumbing. You should be able to do these things well and to completion and with out constant guidance. Our goal is to have our handt]Yemen move into lead positions where you can earn more money. This position starts at 18 per hours For the helper position You will need some basic tools and at least a power drill. You will need to know how to paint and prep, hang blinds, replace plugs, switches and fans in your own. You will have some experience in installing laminate floors, tile, doors siding etc to help a more experienced worker. As you learn and get good at more of the trades we can move you up. This position starts at 14 per hour. For both positions we are looking for some one who shows up on time and can work a full day as needed. You need to have your own transportation. This will be a full time job. We do not need or want anyone who has a lot of baggage or drama or some one that needs a ride to get to work. We are a serious employer who pays every week (not daily).
