The Foreman is responsible for nightly door to door collection of trash and recycling bags at an apartment communities using a personal pickup truck or a provided collection cart. Candidates must be hardworking, reliable, and able to document resident violation's via company smart phone app's. Hours: Sunday thru Thursday 8 pm - 11:30 pm(Until Finished) Compensation: $20/hour personal pickup truck or $18/hour without a truck. Bi-monthly via direct deposit. Roles and Responsibilities: - Collect waste and recycling door to door within an assigned apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor/dumpster onsite as well Collection must begin and end at the designated time. -Assist other team members with collect as needed - Document all property and resident non-compliances as well as "checking" in and out of the property via Recycle NOW's mobile responsive web-site. - Wear the provided Recycle NOW uniform - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Special Conditions of Employment: - Must be authorized to work in the United States. - Must have Smart Phone with data plan. - Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. - Flexibility to work during night time hours. Must be available to start at 8 PM. - Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions. - Ability to climb stairs, walk distances, and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
