Found dog

Found this dog with no collar and probably no tag. Been walking outside for hours trying to find his owner. I don't have the necessary patience or time to take care of him so I would be happy if the owner pops up already. Already put up a ton of fliers for the dog yesterday. The dog is very small, like a chihuahua. It is a male. Black back with brown fur on his body. He has bent ears and is very easy to walk as he follows you most of the time. He cries a lot though, not letting you sleep at night at all.
