STEADY EMPLOYMENT. WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON. Piece-rate or hourly + bonus; pay is based on productivity. We want the best and are willing to pay you for it. Be an A player. Work is all over the greater metro area and we offer opportunities to travel out of state, however, travel is not a requirement. We have lots of residential and commercial work. Experience in seamless rain gutters and/or patio cover installation is preferred. A plus if you have experience with flat, metal, tile, asphalt roofing as well as soffit and fascia. SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS: - 3 years minimum carpentry experience is required - Proficient with installing various roof systems - Knowledge of framing, roofing, rain gutter, and fascia preferred - Roofers welcome - Exhibits exceptional customer service - Take direction the first time - Implements feedback - Team player - Agile and athletic, comfortable on roofs and ladders - Ability to lift 50 lbs - Manuever 20 ft ladders in tight spaces - balance/lean over on roof edge - "Can-do" attitude - Efficient and will get the job done on schedule BASIC REQUIREMENTS: - Must answer the phone promptly at all times on the job - Must have reliable transportation - Valid driver's license and good driving record - Can pass a drug test and a background check - No smoking or vaping on the job - Smart phone literate - must possess a smart phone - Communicative Random drug tests will occur.
