APCS365 is looking for a motivated, high-energy overnight manager that performs hiring and recruiting, training, general cleaning and minor maintenance duties in building adjacent walks and grounds, and equipment in a clean, orderly, and functional condition. Support cleaning crew, customer and other employees, as necessary. Key Job Responsibilities: • Oversee approximately 25 employees and coordinate their schedules. • Support janitorial staff during working hours. • Strong communication between staff, management and customer. • Respond to customer and employee request and concerns. • Execute quality control inspections. • Generate work reports, plus complete paperwork efficiently in a timely manner. • Execute projects within given budgets. • Place supply orders. • Reports work accomplished orally or on written work order to supervisor daily. • Monitor janitorial staff to ensure facility is cleaned to APCS365 standards every day. • Properly administering all applicable paperwork and upholding all company policies as they pertain to Human Resources. • Provide leadership and support in a 365x24x7 work setting, being available for emergency and off-hour support. • Promote strong safety culture and work environment. Train staff to utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safe movement practices. Experience: • Hospitality service • Commercial carpet cleaning • Restaurant and Nightclub cleaning • Commercial overnight janitorial service • Kitchen Hotline equipment cleaning • Recruiting, onboarding and training Requirements: • Ability to carry out detailed oral or written instructions. • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. • Ability to acquire job skills with three months of on-the-job training. • Disposition to perform other duties as assigned. • Availability to work 7 days per week and a MUST OVERNIGHT!! • Availability to speak Spanish. • Minimum 3 years verifiable Overnight Commercial Janitorial experience • Minimum 2 years verifiable Janitorial Management experience.
