Need Assistance for Replacing my battery & Ignition switch

I have 1999 Toyota Solara I need assistance to have a battery put in my vehicle & also installing an ignition switch so I have the ability to turn on and off my battery from inside my car. I have attached a picture of the ignition switch, If you know how to do this please let me know. I'm paying $70.00 Please let me know if you interested for the job Today After 4pm or Saturday. & Send me brief background on working on vehicles.
