"Super" Intendent - Maintenance and Cleaning Real Estate Owner and Manager looking for a skilled, talented, and dedicated individual to be the go-to maintenance technician and janitor for three (3) multi-family apartment buildings on the South Side. You will be the team member responsible for the overall appearance and upkeep of the buildings. MUST: Have general maintenance knowledge. Light maintenance work required: light plumbing, drywall, painting, light electrical, carpentry, etc. Be able to clean and pay close attention to detail Be able to use a shovel, lawnmower, and other basic tools and equipment Be approachable, sociable, and willing to communicate with residents We are looking for someone that has a general maintenance understanding (not super experienced) Someone that can learn and is hungry to grow with the company. M-F: 9am-4pm (35 hours per week) $16.50 per hour
