Hi, we are looking for someone to represent our Real Estate Investment company at an Open House tomorrow, Saturday 11 - 1pm. The job pays $100 and will entail: - Opening the door at the property - Greeting investors who come to view it: "Hi, welcome, may I get your name? Great, let me know if you have any questions" - Making note of any questions asked and responding with: "Our Dispositions Manager, Ronda will get back to you on that. Feel free to text her at 219.258.8376 to get a quicker response also." - Jot down who and how many attended. Just ask their name upon arriving. - Acknowledge guests who are leaving with: "Have a great day! You can reach out to Ronda at that email or phone number you received the open house details on if you have any questions."
