*Ability to complete demolition, material handling and cleanup related to vacant apartment renovation and other
projects as directed.
*Assemble specified renovation components
*Basic knowledge of construction trades: Electrical, plumbing, rough carpentry (tile setting, framing, cabinets
and countertops), finish carpentry (molding, trim, drywall), flooring systems, etc.
*Must follow standards set by the management company in regards to safety, quantity and quality of work and
the means employed for completing tasks.
*Follows laws and procedures for moving and disposing of appliances.
*Ability to load and unload construction materials from trucks and pack items into apartments.
*All other duties as assigned
