Cook an Authentic Ethiopian Meal and Deliver?

We are trying to find someone who can cook and deliver (in disposable trays) an authentic Ethiopian meal for 20 people for a graduation celebration. It should be a vegetarian meal with salad, authentic bread, rice, vegetable dishes etc. and moderately spicy. It would need to be delivered by noon on Friday May 14. We would pay well for it.
