Independent Contractor (Part-Time) Cleaning Positions Office Buildings, Apartments/Homes (Pre-move in/Post-move out) Must clean according to a provided checklist. Must be able to stoop, pull, lift up to 20 lbs, crouch, bend, reach, and stand for long periods of time without restriction. We are looking for MORNING and LATE AFTERNOON candidates for 10-15 hours/week. Starting pay $13/hour. Additional hours and pay available based on performance and reliability. Must be honest, trustworthy, reliable, willing to travel locally, and have own transportation. Proof of vehicle registration and insurance required. No exceptions. Jobs are generally located in Downtown Detroit, Detroit Metro, Dearborn and Warren. Background checks and training are part of the hiring process. This job pays by CHECK or Direct Deposit weekly.
