India has one of the fastest growing economies in the world. It is a "rich country inhabited by poor people". They are young in demographics there and we import billions of dollars of manufactured goods from them annually. So tell me why the USA "gave" them 100 million dollars in medical supplies? Who is the bartering genius of the USA who thinks we can afford that? The national debt Will bankrupt this country by 2058.
