I am a real estate investor here in Lancaster PA. I'm currently looking to partner with a local licensed & insured GC who can handle the management of TLC rental property remodeling projects and manage and recommend the subcontractors of any additional needed work that may fall outside of their realm in the Lancaster & York markets for new projects I take on. I'm unable to be at the projects in a 24/7 capacity to monitor the work due to other work obligations, so I'm looking to work with someone who is comfortable with handling projects as well as meeting deadlines on their own and managing any subcontractors. Also, need someone who can handle minor upgrades when tenants move out after many years and need to make changes to bathrooms, kitchens, etc. I've found it very difficult to find reliable and high quality GC's locally, so I'm actively searching for replacements to see who may be interested and experienced enough to take on this type of work.
