Best Contracting LLC is a residential and commercial exterior company based in Lancaster County. We specialize in roofing, siding and gutter projects. We are currently looking to add a full time Service Technician. We are looking for a driven, energetic, independent individual to join our team. Technicians will primarily respond to repair calls and be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential roofing, siding and gutters. A successful Service Technician must be able to diagnose and resolve issues; communicate with the homeowner and sell the repair work. The Service Technician must have the ability to function as a part of a team and be able to think creatively and critically. Minimum Qualifications: • 5+ years’ experience in the roofing/siding trade • Self-starter, reliable and honest • Strong customer service skills • Must pass random drug testing and background checks • Understanding of the current regulations within the field • Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers • Able to work both independently and as part of a team • General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use • Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 / year Benefits: • Health Insurance • Paid Time Off • Retirement Plan with Company Match
