Need to fix dings and misc. repairs, patch and re-paint walls/ceilings/trim, clean carpet, replace blinds, replace mirror glass on glass doors, screen and poly living/dining/kitchen hardwood floor, fix toilet, tub spout, bathroom can light, faucet, sand and stain and poly a scratched door, deep clean, and whatever needs doing to tighten it up and make it ready to rent.
