I have what I think is an awesome, dynamic and fulfilling position for the right person, and that is who I am looking for. Multiple property and business owner/operator looking for someone who not only has, but is guided by their overall awesome common sense. What does that mean? You might have a farming background...something where you have the ability to see the big picture and plan accordingly, but also be detailed in executing your plan down to the fine details, so that you completed something efficiently but also maybe creatively and for the long term. For instance, it’s gonna rain tomorrow so you can’t be in the field...so you build fence or work indoors instead or go to town to get supplies. But wait, since it’s gonna rain, that’s a good time to plant. You understand nature, both human and Mother, and take this into consideration with everything you do. Strategize and organize. You are not a “patch guy”, unless absolutely necessary to buy time until it can be built or fixed properly. You will work closely with the owner, we will easily develop an awesome working relationship, anticipating and communicating in a special way where we are 1+1=3. The work that we do matters, however small. We are mindful of or customers, guests and coworkers and innately want to contribute and serve. You think about tomorrow and next week and next month, not just arrive at work and start your day doing whatever.
