Job Description Employees in this job perform a variety of tasks. These include, but are not limited to, keeping the shop area clean and organized, delivering tools and materials to job sites, and repairing company machines and tools. Employee must have good attention to detail involving job site safety and cleanliness. JOB DUTIES * Loading and unloading plumbing and construction materials, tools and equipment and transporting them around building sites * Cleans grounds, walks, parking lots, and such facilities as garages, and storerooms * Assists in the performance of minor building maintenance jobs using manual and power hand tools. * Loads, unloads, and moves supplies, materials, or equipment to and from work site. * Keep shop area clean and organized. * Repair broken tools * Keep in contact with office personnel, lead plumbers, superintendent and project manager. * Timely and accurate delivery of jobs to assigned job sites. *Maintain the shop area and all tools. * Pick up parts, materials, equipment and return items from job sites. * Pick up parts, materials and equipment from vendors or suppliers. * Performs related work as assigned. ****MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND THE ABILITY TO PASS DRIVER'S HISTORY TEST THROUGH INSURANCE COMPANY. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
