Need Individual to complete Ext/Int Painting, Flooring, Siding, Lawn

Doesn't have to be the same person! Looking to hire the following gigs done in the next few weeks! Exterior Painting: 1.5 story home located on the south side of Oshkosh needs painting. House is sided in aluminum siding and has been painted before. Ideally, we want it sprayed (not rolled/brushed). Happy to send photos to help get a price estimate. Day/time of work is very flexible. Must have your own supplies, but we are happy to order the paint. Color not determined yet. Home is currently dark in color but not sure on future color. Willing to discuss with someone who is interested in tackling the job.. Must have experience/references. Interior Painting: Inside porch needs painting. Includes ceiling and walls. May include windows if it's needed. Must be detail orientated and accurate. The highlight is the flooring is going to be replaced so I'm not worried about the floor/splatters. Willing to send photos to someone interested in tackling the job. Day/time of the work is very flexible. Willing to provide supplies to the right candidate. Must have experience/references. Indoor/Outdoor Carpet or Other Flooring: Inside porch needs new floor put down. Happy to provide all supplies and just pay labor, if interested. Just need either indoor/outdoor carpet glued down after painting is complete on porch. Scheduling is flexible. Willing to consider other flooring types as well. Happy to send measurements/pictures to get a more accurate estimate. Must have experience/references. Unattached Double Garage Sided: Looking to have double car garage sided. Can provide supplies and just pay labor, if interested. Can provide photos/address to get a better rough quote. Lawn Care: Looking to have bushes trimmed, grass mowed, weed wacked/edged and potentially weeds sprayed. Also interested in having an area of grass seeded/sod put down. Need one spring clean up service and weekly maintenance for a month or two.
