Badger State Staffing has Entry Level General Production positions available with a local, Wisconsin Rapids company! Full-time with great benefits upon hire!! Work 4 days one week and 3 days the next, with every other weekend off (Fri, Sat and Sun) 7am - 7pm or 7 pm - 7 am Starting wage is $12.50 for day positions and $13.75 for night shift, with raises based on skillset, after 90 days. Job Functions: Operate and maintain equipment in a food grade environment Assembly and check product parts Ship merchandise Clean machinery Follow all safety guidelines and standards Key Requirements: High school diploma Production and forklift experience Lift 50 pounds on occasion Pass a pre-employment drug screen *Some company benefits include: medical, dental, vision and life insurance; 401k plan; sick and vacation time and an employee assistance program.
