IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR FULL-TIME WATER RESTORATION TECHNICIAN  Responsibilities:  Inventory and load work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project Ability to communicate with a variety of customers Inspect properties for water damage and develop a drying plan which includes the setup of drying equipment, monitoring temperature, relative humidity and moisture content in materials Extract water from flooded structures Remove damaged materials such as flooring, drywall, and cabinets Complete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize custom software if required Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance Understand and follow safety guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling Qualifications: Strong communication skills Basic understanding of using computers/iPads Have at least 1 year experience in water mitigation and we prefer IICRC WRT certification Must be able to be on-call Must have a good driving record and be able to pass a background check Physical and Work Environment Requirements: Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance Exposure to chemicals Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings) Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
