We are a Property Management Company located in Astoria, looking for a RELIABLE handyperson to be part of our on-call crew. We own 6 rental properties in the Astoria and Warrenton area. Do you like to help out? Are you punctual, organized and great with your hands? Can you do everything from change lightbulbs on high ladders to install blinds and window screens? Can you show up within 24-48 hours, or even faster in an emergency? Have your own tools? We have specialized vendors, but need you to handle the smaller projects for us in a timely manner. Follow-up is very important to us, so you need to be fluent with phone, text and emails. There’s not a guaranteed number of hours per week, so this could be perfect for a retired person or someone with a part-time job.
