JOB DESCRIPTION: Laborer/ technician travels to damaged homes or businesses and supports the cleanup and restoration of damaged property. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITES: 1. Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment 2. Practices safe and secure material handling methods 3. Set up, monitor, and move equipment needed for water extraction and drying of premises 4. Deconstruct, disinfect and dry/wet water damaged dwellings 5. Clean and deodorize fire damaged dwellings 6. Containment setup, treatment, and removal of mold growth 7. Document moisture meter readings REQUIREMENT (SKILLS AND ABILITIES): 1. Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills. 2. Basic reading and comprehensions skills 3. Able to work indoors and outdoors of dwellings and structures 4. Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner. 5. At least 2 year of Mitigation experience 6. Knowledge of moisture mapping is helpful PHYSICAL DEMAND: Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs, bend and reach in confirmed spaces, stand, push and pull equipment, and etc. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE) 1. High school diploma or equivalent combination of education 2. IICRC Cert (is a plus) 3. Valid Driver's License 4. Willingness to learn 5. Must be able to pass a drug test 6. Clean Background check Excellent pay and full benefits, Prevailing wage jobs are available must be available to work overtime and afterhours as needed as well as on call periodically.
