JOB OVERVIEW: The landscaper is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing Saturate’s landscaping/ irrigation projects in both residential and commercial properties. They will communicate with clients in a knowledgeable, professional manner in accordance with the company mission. DUTIES: Attends discovery sessions on an as needed basis in a timely manner Answers client questions relating to irrigation confidently and accurately, keeping Saturate’s gardening practices in mind Advises project managers for assigned client projects, including: redesign, planting, irrigation, maintenance Communicates with project manager for project needs: personnel, materials, plants and days needed Delegates tasks and overall project directives to the landscaping assistant and gardeners each project day Models as an example of morale and confidence to the team Discusses project status throughout the entire client pipeline: consult, estimate, project duration, final walkthrough, maintenance, and quality assurance Performs house calls for irrigation repair on an as needed basis Maintains the highest level of professionalism with clients, employees, contractors and vendors Works as a maintenance gardener on as on-needed basis QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently with the ability to resolve project-related issues Proficiency with email and telephone communication Able to perform simple math calculations Possesses the highest understanding of irrigation/landscaping protocols and project site safety Has a proficient level of California native plants Owns vehicle with a clean driver’s license and records The ability to lift/hold up to 50 lbs
