We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor / Facility Maintenance person. You must be detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as needed. The position will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, tasting rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and break rooms as well as exterior public areas. This is a full time position with benefits. General Duties • Perform general cleanup of all areas and buildings • Perform top to bottom sanitizing and cleaning of all restrooms in the facility • Stock all paper goods • Sweep and mop all tasting rooms and barrel rooms on a routine basis • Vacuum and clean offices. • Clean all counter areas • Dust shelves • Perform routine upkeep of exterior areas and parking lots • Clean and pressure wash patio areas on a routine basis • Empty trash cans and keep dumpster areas clean • Straighten tables and chairs in all tasting areas including exterior patios • Clean windows and other glass areas • Maintain assigned equipment: vacuums, mops, brooms, etc. • Maintain all safety equipment and keep first aid stations stocked • Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests • Order all required cleaning supplies • Replace light bulbs as required • Perform maintenance duties as assigned • Assist staff with special decorating needs • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with customers • Must be a team player and willing to work with other staff members • Perform other duties as requested Qualifications • 3+ years janitorial experience • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. • Ability to stand for extended periods of time. • Must be 21 years old • Available weekends and holidays
