Hello, I need someone to overlay an existing torch down roof with a TPO roof on my stucco home. Its a small area 850 sqft but the work is in flashing the existing railing which made with stucco columns. The job site is ready to go and we have a boom lift on-site until 5/6/2021 if you need it to bring material up. Only reply if your cost per square is less than $700 so the total job is around $6000.
