English Garden Landscaping Design, LLC - Charleston Rare opportunity to join this upscale landscaping company with a 5 star review from our clients. Our work is specialized in custom design and implementation comprising pathways, hardscape patios, artificial turf, laying sod, irrigation systems, retaining walls and overall installation of the final design concept. Our work is performed in the Charleston County market place and includes areas such as Summerville and Daniel Island. This position begins as a landscape laborer under supervisions of the on-site supervisor. We are not a mow and trim landscaping company. The duties will consist of helping unload trucks with deliveries, moving pavers to proper locations, helping unroll turf, digging trenches for irrigation and any labor specific jobs needed to get the work done. Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds. All tools are provided. There is an opportunity for those who are hard workers and driven to learn more about this specialty business and grow with the company. Experience is not necessary if you have a desire to work, are on time to the jobs, are courteous and have no criminal background. Illegal drugs and alcohol will not be allowed during working hours. We practice social distancing, and all employees have been fully vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccines. No smoking is permitted on any client’s properties during work hours. You must be able to understand and speak English and provide a valid and current driver’s license and a verifiable Social Security Card. This position begins at 30 flexible hours each week. Pay is made on Monday’s following the previous work week. There is a 45 minute lunch break during the day. Due to the fact that jobs are at different locations over the course of the month, we do reimburse for mileage to job and from the job at the rate of 50 cents per mile, if more than 10 miles from your home base.
