We're newlyweds seeking another lifetime commitment: giving Fido a happy, healthy home! New 'home sweet home': quiet townhome with pet-friendly landlord, community trail 50ft from front door, dog park 2 miles away. "Top-dog" status (aka no other pets) and no kiddos yet. We're committed to daily or 2x daily walks and regular potty breaks to meet our furry friend's needs but can't accept an animal that really needs to run everyday in a fenced yard. REQUIRED: 1yr+. 40-50lbs max. Housetrained and crate-trained. Spayed/neutered. Current on shots (esp. rabies) w/documentation, heartworm negative, maintained on heartworm prevention, maintained on flea/tick prevention, vet records provided. No biting/aggression history. PREFERRED: Lower vocality and excitability. Good trainability. Tolerant of children. Hypoallergetic or shorter coat or lower-shedding or blowing shedder.
