Venue Coordinator Responsibilities: *but not limited to* 1 Be punctual, dependable, professional, pleasant and responsible 2 Setup up venue tables and chairs according to the established event floor plan 3 Assist custodian to ensure the venue is clean prior to client arrival 4 Assist custodian to ensure restroom toiletries are refilled before the start of each event 5 Show event client the venue as they arrive for setup and answer questions on use of amenities 6 Help setup client to use blue tooth speakers for music and microphones 7 Be proactive and anticipate needs of the client during the event 8 Take quick videos and photos of event setup for social media posting 9 Be able to follow protocols when issues escalate During the event 1 Staff member may stay in the venue's small office and check in on the event host every few hours on how event is going. 2 Assist with questions during event. Event Breakdown 1 Assist custodian with Stack up chairs and tables according to the venue direction 2. Ensure venue ready for next event. 3 Send a summary report on event success. Qualifications - Drivers license - Reliable transportation - Able to heavy lift. - Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times - Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends
